| 1. Is
your cabinetry assembled or do I have to put it together? |
| All
of our cabinetry comes fully assembled & ready to install.
You will not have any assembly other than installing accessory
items. For more info on cabinet construction see the specification
pages. Buying fully assembled framed cabinetry gives you a
much more sturdy cabinet than the ready to assemble frameless
cabinets which are only held together with a few screws and
camlocks. |

| 2. What information do
you need to furnish a quote? |
| First, pick out a doorstyle
you like. Then furnish us with either a list of cabinetry
or a floor plan of your kitchen. Also, we will need your zip
code in order to figure freight. Fax or e-mail us this information
along with your phone number. You will receive a quote on
delivered cabinetry from us in one to three days, depending
on the time we receive it. |

| 3. How long will it take
to receive my order once it's placed? |
| Our cabinetry is "Built
To Order" enabling you to choose, the wood specie &
stain color of your choice. Typical lead time is 6 to 7 weeks
for construction, plus delivery time. Delivery time will vary
depending on your location, but usually runs between 3 to
10 days. |

| 4. How do you ship the
cabinetry? |
| Depending on your location
and the amount of time you can wait for delivery, your cabinetry
may be delivered by one of three methods. 1. Our truck. 2.
A van line. 3.A common carrier freight line. Delivery methods
will be discussed with you when you place your order. |

| 5. How will I know when
my cabinetry will arrive? |
|
We will call you once your cabinetry is shipped and give you
the name of the carrier who has your shipment, the phone number
of their local terminal in your area, and the shipment number
for your order. You can then call your local terminal to get
an exact day of delivery. |

| 6. What if I receive a
damaged cabinet? |
| Damage is rare, but it can
happen. All our cabinetry is boxed for safe shipment. Common
carrier shipments are palletized & strapped for extra
protection. Should you receive a damaged item, notify us at
once. We will send you a replacement part out on a rush order.

| 7. How much will shipping
cost? |
| Shipping costs will vary,
depending on your location and the size of your order. For
an average freight figure, add 10% to cost of order. On small
orders or orders very far away such as in California, Washington
State, Etc, freight rates may run higher. Freight rates on
out of state orders will be greatly offset by the fact that
no sales tax is due. We will furnish you with an exact freight
cost when we figure your quote. |

| 8. Can I feel safe making
this kind of purchase from you over the Internet?
|
| Many people have concerns
about ordering on line. We suggest you purchase your cabinetry
using a major charge card. Charge cards offer you a great
deal of protection. Master Card or Visa will stand behind
